PIP serving jug

The PIP serving jug for water and other cold drinks is designed for easy opening and closure using one hand. The functionality of the lid’s construction originated from a game of origami. This is a process that often inspires the designer, Søren Refsgaard in the initial phase of his design process. The shape of the spout and the movement of the open/close function are reminiscent of the beak of a hungry bird - hence the slightly humorous name ‘PIP’ (Danish for ‘tweet’).
The PIP serving jug fits perfectly in most refrigerator doors. Use it for water or juice, so you always have your favourite drink in the fridge, ready to place directly on the table. Its 1.4-litre volume means there is plenty for the entire family.
