EASY surface brush

The EASY surface brush is a great pastry brush made of white oak and flexible nylon bristles. It is carefully designed by Cecilie Manz to offer superior functionality while being aesthetical. The robust white oak ensures a long service life and will develop a natural, beautiful patina over time. The brush head can go in the dishwasher and is therefore more hygienic than a conventional pastry brush.
