Shipping policy

Stelton A/S has agreements with suitable distribution companies to deliver the order to the specified delivery address. It is beneficial and will ensure faster delivery if packages can be accepted during daytime hours at the stated delivery address.

USA ORDERS: We usually ship your order within 3-5 business days after your order has been confirmed.  If an item is on back order or arriving soon, we will do our best to inform you.  We cannot guaranty all stock on the shop if available in-stock.

CANADA ORDERS: Please allow 1-3 weeks approximately for orders to ship.  If an item is on back order or arriving soon, we will do our best to inform you.  We cannot guaranty all stock on the shop if available in-stock.

As Stelton A/S cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot provide a guarantee of when the order will be delivered to the stated delivery address.
